Time for Change Halfway House - 2002
An existing 21,000 laboratory building was gutted to create a halfway house for inmates returning to society. The structural system was upgraded. The interiors, mechanical, electrical systems were entirely replaced. Security systems were installed with special detail to accommodate this type of facility. There was also major site redevelopment.
